Wacky Wednesday: Spin Our Prize Wheel in Tullahoma

Wednesday is the day we open our doors for the week, so we like to kick it off with a little fun. Every Wednesday is Wacky Wednesday at The Seafood Place in downtown Tullahoma. Our prize wheel sits right on the counter, and you get to give it a spin.

A real wheel on the counter

This isn't an app on a phone. It's a real wheel with bright blue, green, yellow and red wedges, a red arrow on top and a black and white spiral in the middle that might make you dizzy if you stare too long. We write the prizes on the wedges by hand, so they can change from time to time. When we snapped the photo above, the wedges included a free dessert, a free drink, a free side and a couple of "spin again" wedges. Come see what's on it this week.

Spin, then dig in

The wheel is the fun part. The food is why you came. Our seafood is wild-caught, and everything we serve is made by hand. There's no microwave in the building. And save room for a chocolate chip cookie.

Shop the market while you're here

Our market is right here too. Pick up wild-caught seafood to cook at home, local Garrison Valley beef and local honey. The beef is local and fresh, so what's in the case changes from week to week. Ask at the counter what we have.

Then come back for Thirsty Thursday

Wacky Wednesday happens every week, and so does Thirsty Thursday. Raw oysters are in for Thirsty Thursday, so if Wednesday is for spinning, Thursday is for oysters. That's two good reasons to come downtown two days in a row.

See you Wednesday

You'll find us at 105 NW Atlantic St in Tullahoma, open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30am to 8pm. Stop by the counter, give the wheel a spin and tell us what you land on.
